Guest Services Assistant /Executive

Job summary :
The Guest Services Assistant/Executive is the main point of contact for our guests from arrival until departure, handling all enquiries throughout their stay in a friendly and efficient manner while always striving to exceed their expectations.
Job details :
Role :
ives a warm welcome to our guests upon arrival
Takes payments from our guests upon departure and closes their bills correctly
Sells rooms to walk-in guests at the highest possible rate
Maintains the privacy of our guests and ensures that no guest details are disclosed
Updates the PMS timely and correctly with guest information
Completes check-in and check-out procedures as per the hotel standards
Arranges guest amenities and inspects VIP rooms
Interacts with guests in the lobby, directing them to their destinations and assisting them as best as possible
Requirements :
Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage
Energetic and enthusiastic personality
Highly customer service oriented
Physical Requirements:

Excellent personal presentation
Qualification Standards:

Education: Completed secondary school education or equivalent Hotel-related education

Experience: Needs to have a minimum of one year experience in the Front office department of a five star hotel, ideally in the United Arab Emirates or the Middle East.

Licenses or Certificates:

Grooming: All colleagues must maintain a neat, and well groomed appearance (specific standards will be provided)
