• Achieve or exceed the financial goal of his / her section in terms of turnover & margin
• Guarantee the team's professional image through continuous training & follow up.
• Control & minimize the waste.
• To make sure of effective implementation of the food safety & quality management system.
University degree and/or professional qualifications.
• Fluent English and computer skills are MUST.
• Strong negotiation, communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Experience:3-5 years as Bakery/Pastry Section Manager.
