Ensure to have a suitable variety of items in terms of quality & price range.
• Make sure to show reflect of sales figures.
• Ensure that the best purchasing terms are obtained from supplier in terms of purchasing price, refund & terms of payment.
• Control the supplier's manpower that performs the role of merchandiser/ promoters.
• Control stock carefully & adjust accordingly by monitoring purchase order & sales.
• Utilize the section’s available budget & prepare the monthly report.
• Control the assortment, the quality & the prices of the products within his department.
• Achieve or exceed the financial goal of his department in terms of turnover & margin.
• A minimum of 3 years experience in similar managerial position.
• Excellent English and Computer skills.
• Strong negotiation, communication and leadership skills.
• Must have team spirit.
• Very hard worker.
• Good Knowledge of fresh food products
