Role :
•Implements all sales action plans related to his/her market areas as outlined in the marketing plan.
•Conducts daily sales calls and arrange
•Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
•Familiarization/site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients
•Have attention to detail and ability to work individually and along with the team.
•Have a positive attitude and an excellent customer focus.
•Have a very good planning & organizational skills.
•Have a Strong desire to develop self and others.
•Possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in English – spoken and written – the ability to anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional pro active service consistently.
•Have a strong enthusiasm and willingness to exceed the expectations of customers and colleagues.
•Maintains a high level of exposure for the hotel, in major market areas through direct sales solicitation, telephone, fax and written communication.
•Maintain close business relationships with existing clients through key sales activities.
•A clear understanding of hotel industry is necessary as well as analytical capabilities.
•Knowledge of GCC market is a must.
•Valid UAE driving license is a must.
•Minimum of 2 years experience in Hotel Industry and 1 year in sales in Dubai.
•Previous experience in a multi-cultural environment is essential.
•Communication skills : PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
Requirements :
* Having at least 2 years experience in a 4*/5* Hotel in the similar capacity


* Having good knowledge and practical experience of GCC Market.


* Must have strong English & Arabic Communication.
