Job summary :
The Team Leader is responsible for the effective coordination and routing of drivers and material handlers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of parts. The Team Leader ensures exceptional customer service and adherence to quality standards to achieve operational goals.
Job details :
Role :
Coordinate daily transportation and deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction and efficiency.
Complete all invoicing for customer accurately and correct all discrepancies.
Ensure all orders and deliveries are completed to customer’s service agreement.
Complete quality control checks.
Coordinate and order inventory requirements for buyouts.
Coach employees in all areas of delivery inspection and customer service.
Back up for Customer Service Representative if required
Other warehousing related task.
Requirements :
High school diploma.
From six (6) months to one (1) year in pertinent experiences related to warehousing (automotive glass an asset).
Holder of a valid driver’s license (safe driving abstract).
Computer literate
Excellent phone manners.
Communication skills.
Customer oriented (able to deal with customer issues on a daily basis).
Reliability.
Initiative ability.
Teamwork.
Results oriented.
