Reporting to the Back of House Manager, the role involves ensuring the Back of House areas of the hotel are cleaned and maintained to the required standards, ensuring all kitchen areas are kept in line with food hygiene regulations and ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of all crockery and equipment used in the hotel's seven kitchens.

Understand the importance of a clean kitchen and how it impacts the kitchen
Have previous cleaning experience
Have passion for the hospitality industry and for exceeding guest expectations
Have experience of adhering to hotel & company procedures
Be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Able to work in a fast paced working environment and remain calm under pressure
Possess a good command of English and has excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and be able to connect with other live up to our mission statement: Inspiring our guests through individuality and passion!
