Retail Visual Merchandising (VM) & Communications Manager

Job details :
Role :
• Review and edit internal communications for dissemination to the respective Retail shops
• Work with established processes and guidelines deliver consistent content on time
• Establish necessary processes to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information

Customer Experience
• Ensure consistently high customer experience (CE) score across all shops
• Conduct regular CE audit at the Retail shops
• Staff engagement thru Bi-monthly news letter, organize of Staff cohesion program. SPOC for engagement survey.

Visual Merchandising
• Collaborate with Retail Planning team to ensure visual merchandise (VM) display are maintained across all Retail Shops
• Ensure consistent display and standards of display
• Conduct regular VM audit at Retail shops
Requirements :
At least 6 yrs of working experience in the retail / VM / mechandising / communications industry
• Ability to communicate with people at all levels
• Excellent written communication skills
• Highly self-motivated and customer oriented
